I worked alongside WARC following their recent re-brand to create some versatile HTML email templates which were robust enough to display correctly on all major email programs. The emails were sent out to over 30,000 WARC subscribers globally for various newsletter and alerts. Liaising with the I.T and editorial teams making sure all of the templates were tested and implemented on both the in house system and Hubspot.

The templates were also created within HubSpot to allow seamless branded emails to be sent to all clients automatically from Hubspot as well as the in house WARC CRM system.

I also worked with the in house marketing and design teams on some social media graphics to advertise various initiatives and article adverts working within the strict WARC brand guidelines.

I worked alongside WARC following their recent rebrand to extend and enhance their brand recognition through their various digital outreach campaign platforms.

Project Goals:
Increase brand recognition within the existing subscriber base.

Translate the new visual brand system into working email templates used to send to the 40,000+ WARC subscribers monthly.

Create versatile templates for editorial use to create targeted email communications ensuring compatibility with Hubspot and HTML to work within the custom WARC CRM systems.

Ensure GDPR compliance and multi device compatibility in all communication templates.

Create various social media post / supporting media for WARC social campaigns.

This was all achieved by working closely with the editorial, marketing and software development teams to gain an understanding of the capabilities, restrictions and needs of the various project elements.
